Buy this new home, and every penny of the $379,900 sale price will be used to help disabled veterans and their families in Illinois. Mike Ford, a Palos Park resident and president of Mill Creek Development, made the decision to donate the sale price of the 2,800-square-foot home to the Disabled Patriot Fund, an Illinois not-for-profit organization, months before the current economic crisis kicked in.
